Hi, I am Juliette and I’m an Executive Coach

I help senior clinicians and healthcare leaders make an impact whilst maintaining their own wellbeing in a rewarding yet relentless healthcare environment.

I have worked in healthcare organisations for over 30 years as a nurse, manager and strategic leader. This means that I have a deep understanding of the system you work in so you don’t have to spend ages explaining the context. I get it.

I know first hand the toll of working in a worthwhile but unforgiving healthcare system, that is why having a clear plan and prioritising your own wellbeing is the key to sustaining a long and fulfilling career.

Since 2012 I have coached many clinicians and healthcare leaders from all backgrounds to develop professionally, to make an impact, to take control of their careers and to build resilience so that they achieve their ambitions in a rewarding yet relentless healthcare environment. And I can help you too.
