The Leadership Laboratory is a ten month intensive executive coaching programme that provides personalised leadership development through one to one sessions, enabling senior clinicians and healthcare leaders to excel in their leadership journey.

Establish habits and behaviours that increase effectiveness and efficiency

The Recovery Position

The recovery position offers you an opportunity to step back, breathe and explore an immediate professional issue that is affecting your work and wellbeing. It may be something that you have tried to resolve and you need help to think through new perspectives and options.

The modern retirement planning package, available as engaging group workshops or personalised 1:1 support - help reduce the loss of institutional knowledge, improve staff wellbeing, and demonstrate organisational commitment to supporting life transitions.
The structured group programme provides both the technical knowledge and personal development support needed for confident retirement planning.
Pricing for the modern retirement workshop programme:
- £1,500 for a half day workshop (up to 12 participants)
- Includes pre workshop survey, all materials, resources, and post-workshop documentation
- Additional participants can be accommodated at £250 per person (maximum 15)
